Elon Musk was born on June 28, 1971, in Pretoria, South Africa. Musk is an investor and an entrepreneur. He holds a South African, Canadian, and U.S. citizenship. He is the founder, CEO, and lead designer of SpaceX ; co-founder, CEO, and product architect of Tesla, Inc.; co-founder and CEO of Neuralink; and co-founder of PayPal. In December 2016, he was ranked 21st on the Forbes list of The World's Most Powerful People. As of October 2018, he has a net worth of $22.3 billion and is listed by Forbes as the 54th-richest person in the world.

As a child Musk was badly bullied to the point where he was thrown down a flight of concrete stair and was sent to the hospital. He created ZipX (which is now known as PayPal) with a 28,000 dollar loan from his father which he sold to eBay for 1.5 billion dollars and got 165 million dollars from that. He then took 100 million from the 165 million dollars and put it towards SpaceX. SpaceX is a private American aerospace manufacturer and space transportation services company. It doesn't matter what you think of Elon Musk he is one of the most influential people of the 21st Century and truly is changing the world for the better.
